Knowledge of **national and international routes, customs, permits, and transportation regulations**. Ability to **solve problems in real time and manage unexpected situations**. Proficiency in **Excel and digital tools** for reporting and traffic control. **Effective communication with operators, clients, and various departments**. **Availability for rotating shifts or on-call duties** as required by operations. **Responsibilities:** **Assignment and monitoring of routes** ensuring efficiency in time and cost. **Handling and resolution of incidents** with operators and clients. **Validation of necessary documentation** for each trip. **Process optimization** in coordination with the logistics team. **Key competencies:** Strategic thinking and decision-making under pressure.
