




* Attend to calls, emails, and messages from internal and external customers. * Provide clear, timely, and accurate information regarding products, services, or orders. * Follow up on customer requests, complaints, or dissatisfaction. * Record, review, and follow up on purchase orders or service requests. * Coordinate with sales, warehouse, and logistics departments to ensure correct and timely deliveries. * Verify product availability and delivery dates. * Analyze incidents and coordinate solutions with involved departments (production, logistics, quality, etc.). * Keep the customer informed about the status and resolution of their case. * Confirm customer satisfaction after delivery or service. * Identify opportunities for improvement or additional sales.
