- **General Description (Responsibility):** Responsible to the building projects supervisor for: developing building project proposals; creating competition package drawings for bidding projects; preparing civil works specifications for building projects, and supporting the survey of building system equipment. **Required Competencies/Skills** Drafting technician or incomplete degree in Architecture / Electrical Engineering / Mechanical Engineering. Basic knowledge of construction. Strong proficiency in drafting tools (AutoCAD, BricsCAD). 1 year of experience as a draftsman in building construction projects. Willingness to visit plants and work outdoors/field. Proactive with strong desire to learn. Ability to work under pressure. Strong teamwork skills. Effective communication. Basic English. **General Functions** Responsible for developing building project proposals and building improvement specifications: Responsible for generating proposals and specifications for building projects according to the approved annual budget forecast. Creating competition package drawings for bidding projects: Responsible for creating drawings included in the competition package used for project bidding. Support in surveying building system equipment: Assist in surveying equipment that comprises building systems such as: compressed air systems, HVAC, electrical, CCTV, docks, fire protection systems, kitchen equipment, cafeteria, and exterior facilities.
