We are a 100% Mexican company, specialized in the production and packaging of oils and fats with the highest standards, and we are seeking a Planning Manager to carry out the following activities: \- Review order requests registered in the system and enter them into the production plan \- Plan materials for the next eight weeks based on current inventory and the bill of materials (BOM) for each order or according to the forecast. Based on this, determine which materials are needed, which ones are missing, and when they will be required. \- Prepare the monthly input projection according to the forecast for the next three to six months. \- Make adjustments to orders as allowed, reviewing production quantities based on material availability and stock levels for each SKU. \- Send the production plan to the production team for execution and update daily progress in the master planning file. \- Close completed orders in CONTPAQ to record the consumption of used materials and generate the entry of finished goods. \- Print and deliver labels for boxes according to produced quantities and the corresponding lot for the product in question. \- Prepare material lists for the warehouse keeper so they know in what quantities and types of products to deliver to production. \- Receive sample requests. \- Record progress on new projects and follow up. \- Create pallet simulations based on the dimensions of the products to be manufactured, in order to calculate and propose to the client the most accurate number of pieces, box sizes, pallets, arrangement, and weight. \- Receive incoming materials. \- Supervise warehouse conditions: ensure that material placement corresponds to each assigned area, records are up to date, and material delivery and pallet identification match actual inventory. \- Conduct inventory at external finished goods warehouses located in Guadalajara, Monterrey, and Mexico City. \- Provide production and sales teams with the pallet distribution of orders. \- Deliver finished products. \- Plan and execute the food defense plan and all requirements related to SGIA.
