As a sales supervisor, you will also provide guidance on **customer relationship strategies**. Your daily presence on the **sales floor** will drive excellence in customer experiences and ensure associates receive **real-time coaching**. You will help shape and execute store strategies to build **trusted relationships** with customers and associates to drive revenue. Additionally, you will be **responsible for** ensuring appropriate communications cascade throughout the team. As a member of the leadership team, you will also be responsible for **driving sales personally** and through your **team**. *Our team’s mission is to passionately convey Giorgio Armani’s vision.* **Qualifications and Skills** * Proven success as a Client Advisor in results and as a strong team player * University/post-secondary degree preferred * Minimum three years of leadership experience * Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and the ability to influence partners and motivate the team * Experience with retail sales systems and office programs, e.g., Excel, Word, and PowerPoint * Open availability and ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, evenings, and weekends * While not required, proficiency in Italian, Spanish, French, Mandarin, or other languages is considered a significant advantage The selected candidate will be offered a base salary plus the opportunity to participate in a brand-specific bonus or commission plan, along with a comprehensive benefits package compliant with applicable law, employee discounts/benefits, and savings plans with employer contributions.
