* Approach all Customers visiting the categories under your responsibility as well as nearby categories, offering help and advice with kindness (Dec. 24\-E) to create or increase their purchase interest, enabling them to begin their work as a Sales Advisor. * Accompany the Customer in their needs and desires through active listening, conversation, and showing empathy, adapting to each type of Customer, generating relationships and trust to understand what they truly need or want. * Offer the Customer all possible solutions in products, services, and physical and digital financing, mentioning features, advantages, and benefits to increase purchase intention and Customer satisfaction rate. * Stay updated and trained on product and service knowledge and on the sales technique using the "Camino al Cliente por tu Categoría" methodology, using internal and external available tools as information sources to provide the personalized and specialized advice the Customer requires. * Promote Customer digitalization on the sales floor by advising them on the use and benefits of Grupo Coppel's digital channels to increase their purchasing options, services, and contact possibilities. * Master and apply both operational and sales processes and systems across physical and digital channels, completing assigned trainings and activities to increase productivity and efficiency on the sales floor and with Customers. * Maintain organized and attractive displays using manuals, layouts, and display guides to create or increase purchase interest and facilitate Customer interaction. * Keep cleanliness and maintenance in optimal conditions in the categories under your responsibility, following established procedures and using supplies provided by Grupo Coppel to ensure the store's good image and safety. * Know and apply the code of ethics in all my behaviors, understanding each concept and its importance, to convey to our Customers, Suppliers, and Colleagues the purpose and values of Grupo Coppel. \#boostoct2025 Job type: Full time, Seasonal Contract duration: 3 months Salary: $8,380\.00 \- $9,150\.00 per month Benefits: * Study assistance * Employee discount * Maternity leave exceeding legal requirements * Paternity leave exceeding legal requirements * Sick days * Company parking * Free parking * Flexible schedules * Option for indefinite contract * Referral program * Company phone * Free uniforms * Grocery vouchers Work location: On-site job
