Participation in internal and external audits A world-leading company in the development and engineering of electronic technologies and consumer solutions for residential, non-residential, mobility, and personal applications is seeking qualified candidates for the position of: **Software Development Supervisor** **Requirements:** * Degree in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field * 3 to 4 years of experience in process development or improvement * Experience coordinating technology development and improvement projects * Conversational English proficiency. **Responsibilities:** * Supervise and coordinate software development, innovation, and automation projects. * Experience managing personnel. * Verify availability of critical systems. * Participate in internal and external audits. * Manage IT services and implement best practices for support and operations processes. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. \- 5:00 p.m. *Statutory benefits \+ additional benefits* Employment Type: Indefinite-term contract Salary: $40,000\.00 \- $45,000\.00 per month Language Requirements: * English (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site employment
