**Animal feed production and marketing company, focused on pets (dogs and cats)** **Northeast Zone**: (Nuevo León, Coahuila, and Tamaulipas) **Schedule:** Monday to Friday in the field and Saturday home office **Position Objective** Develop and strengthen the commercial presence of the pet food brand in the wholesale, retail, and end-consumer markets within the northeast region of the country. The Sales Executive will be responsible for maintaining relationships with existing customers, ensuring adequate inventory levels, and opening new sales points, guaranteeing the achievement of sales and profitability targets. **Main Responsibilities** * Visit active clients (warehouses, stores, distributors, and sales points). * Verify inventory levels, product turnover, and compliance with displays or POP materials. * Prospect and develop new wholesale or retail clients within the assigned territory. * Implement sales strategies and promotions defined by the sales management. * Follow up on orders and deliveries in coordination with the relevant department. * Monitor competitor pricing, products, and market positioning. * Prepare weekly sales, route, and results reports. * Ensure achievement of key performance indicators (sales, coverage, new clients). **Desirable Knowledge:** * Wholesale channel, distributors, and end consumers of pet food * CRM management and route tracking. * Negotiation and consultative selling techniques. * Sales performance indicators. **Key Skills:** * Results-oriented. * Effective communication and customer empathy. * Ability to plan routes and manage territory. * Autonomous work and sales discipline. * Ability to build long-term relationships with distributors and sales points. **Additional Requirements:** * Availability to travel frequently within assigned zones. * Valid driver's license **We Offer** * Base salary $17,000 + bonus scheme ($45,000) * Travel and fuel allowances. * Statutory benefits * Grocery vouchers * 20-day Christmas bonus * Company vehicle * Computer equipment and mobile phone Job type: Full-time Salary: $17,000.00 - $17,100.00 per month Benefits: * Grocery vouchers Experience: * Pet food industry knowledge: 5 years (Desirable) * Customer service and sales: 5 years (Desirable) * Commercial strategies: 5 years (Desirable) Work location: On-site employment
