Position Summary: We are seeking a Handyman / Maintenance Technician to provide preventive and corrective maintenance support for corporate facilities, ensuring proper functionality of all areas. Job stability and a positive work environment We are looking for a Handyman / Maintenance Technician to deliver preventive and corrective maintenance support within corporate facilities. The role focuses on ensuring proper area functionality through basic repairs and timely response to maintenance reports. Main Responsibilities General facility maintenance Basic electrical work (replacing light fixtures, outlets, switches) Basic plumbing (leaks, faucets, toilets) Painting and patching tasks Installation of accessories and furniture adjustments Handling and follow-up of maintenance reports Fault detection and reporting Support in general operational activities Working with drywall and finishes Basic knowledge of HVAC systems Requirements Experience in general maintenance Basic knowledge of electricity and plumbing Proficiency with basic tools Service-oriented attitude and sense of responsibility Flexible availability Schedule Monday to Friday, morning shift; fixed rest days on Saturdays and Sundays.
