* Ensure proper handling, control, and storage of molds in the Bunker area. * Prepare molds for the molding area according to the daily Production Planning schedule. * Move ready molds from the Workshop to the Bunker area. * Ensure proper handling, control, and storage of Mould Cards. * Follow the maintenance plan for manual and automatic washers. * Support Maintenance Mold personnel in various tasks related to mold cleaning or repairs. * Immediately report any irregularities detected in molds during movement or storage to your supervisor. * Enter information into the assigned systems for the Maintenance area. * Organize and control scrap containers and keep work areas clean. * Support handling and storage of mold spare parts (springs, O\-rings, screws). * Correctly fill and manage water and chemicals in manual washers, as well as support the technician assigned by the supplier. * Maintain the automatic washer (allkal). * Notify the Spare Parts department of chemical levels and request purchase if levels fall below the required minimum. * Perform daily minor maintenance tasks (TPM) on assigned equipment, including washers. * Maintain equipment used for mold handling, storage, and cleaning in good condition. * Communicate with colleagues (shift handovers, sharing experiences and knowledge). * For critical decision-making, seek support from your immediate supervisor or shift leader.
