Join our team to bring your technical expertise and leadership into driving operational excellence—apply today. **Responsibilities** * Address production incidents, service requests, and operational tasks efficiently * Deliver on\-call assistance during US CST work hours and for major outages * Implement minor feature updates, technical upgrades, and upkeep for Java applications * Resolve issues and enhance backend microservices and REST API functionality * Conduct unit tests for new code and modifications * Manage change requests through initiation, review, and deployment approval stages * Guarantee compliance with development standards including code reviews, CI processes, and unit testing * Engage in daily scrum, handover, and team collaboration sessions * Guide team members and impart technical insights * Assist offshore teams in removing obstacles and organizing priorities * Work closely with colleagues to uphold client satisfaction levels * Promote ongoing improvements to support workflows **Requirements** * 3\+ years of experience in Java development with Spring Framework, including Spring MVC and Spring Boot * Demonstrated capability in leading technical teams effectively * Solid background in enterprise\-level production support * Familiarity with APIs, microservices design, and Kubernetes * Proficient problem\-solving and analytical skills * Outstanding communication abilities * Highly proactive and responsible work approach * Upper\-Intermediate (B2\) English proficiency * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a similar field * Master's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline preferred **Nice to have** * Hands\-on experience with Java microservice infrastructure * Strong knowledge of Spring Core * Experience working with SQL and log management/analysis tools
