· Develop programs in various languages for the proper manufacturing of parts HSM WORKS, FUSION 360, FEATURE CAM · Set up and operate CNC and conventional machines to perform tasks such as drilling, polishing, milling (4 and 5 axes) · Understand task specifications and desired outcomes by reading mechanical drawings and schematics. · Prepare and load raw materials and components into machines. · Monitor machines while executing tasks and make necessary adjustments to achieve optimal results. · Inspect and measure finished products and compare them against requirements to determine whether the process has been properly completed. · Use grinders, cutters, saws, etc. · Use measuring equipment such as calipers, micrometers, tape measures. · Knowledge of and participation in continuous improvement program development.
