Team coordination and project progress control **We Offer:** * Salary of $22,000 to $25,000 depending on experience * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM; Saturdays, 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM * Continuous training * Growth opportunities * Major Medical Expense Insurance We seek an **Electrical Engineer with supervision experience**, responsible for executing, coordinating, and supervising electrical and infrastructure works, ensuring quality, safety, and adherence to project deadlines. **Key Responsibilities** * Execute electrical and minor civil construction projects according to drawings and technical specifications. * Supervise proper installation of conduits, wiring, distribution panels, grounding systems, ducts, and supports. * Coordinate work teams and contractors to ensure work quality. * Monitor physical and financial progress of assigned projects. * Prepare technical reports, cost estimates, and construction logs. * Verify compliance with electrical, safety, and quality standards. * Manage materials, tools, and resources required for construction. * Address audit or inspection findings within established timeframes. **Requirements** * Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or related field. * 2–4 years of experience in execution or supervision of electrical and light infrastructure projects. * Knowledge of low- and medium-voltage electrical installations. * Experience reading electrical and civil drawings. * Proficiency in AutoCAD and ETAP is preferred. * Familiarity with standards, industrial safety, and construction management. * Willingness and availability to travel and work flexible hours. * Valid driver's license.
