Job Summary: We are seeking a Maintenance Engineer for an automotive company, responsible for analyzing, implementing, and improving maintenance processes, and training technical personnel. Technical staff development and training We are looking for a Maintenance Engineer to join the SL MEX SLP team. We are an automotive industry company specializing in lighting, supplying HYUNDAI, KIA, GM, and BMW. Your responsibilities will include: -Analyzing root causes and resolving issues. -Analyzing maintenance performance, preparing an action plan, and implementing it. -Establishing, monitoring, improving, and resolving equipment performance-related issues. -Developing and implementing predictive maintenance processes for equipment. -Conducting problem analysis performed with equipment. -Providing maintenance planning and direction. -Developing, training, and guiding technicians and maintenance personnel. -Continuous improvement actions for manufacturing efficient machinery. -Supervising maintenance personnel training and assignment. -Performing other tasks assigned by the manager. Competencies -Mechanical and electrical engineering knowledge. -Experience with software: CATIA and SIEMENS NX. -Knowledge of PLC and ABB machines. -Proficiency with injection molding machines (LS, JSW, ENGEL). -Teamwork -Problem solving -Weekend work availability -Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position -Advanced English -Preferably experience in automotive and lighting industry companies Benefits We offer benefits exceeding statutory requirements.
