The Loading Master will be responsible for directing, coordinating, and supervising the loading and unloading operations of products at maritime and industrial facilities, ensuring safe, efficient execution in compliance with applicable regulations. This position serves as the primary liaison between the terminal, vessels, and competent authorities, guaranteeing strict adherence to the organization's established health, safety, environmental, and quality standards. **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise maritime loading and unloading operations, or other materials, verifying that they are carried out according to industrial and environmental safety guidelines. * Coordinate interaction among terminal operational personnel, vessel crews, and external suppliers to ensure operational continuity. * Validate the conditions of facilities and equipment before, during, and after operations. * Document and report promptly any incidents, anomalies, or risks identified during operations. * Ensure compliance with national and international regulations regarding maritime safety, transportation, and handling of hazardous materials. * Represent the company before authorities, customers, and third parties during loading and unloading operations. **Required Profile:** * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Maritime Transportation, Logistics, Chemistry, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Experience: Minimum of 5 to 10 years in roles related to maritime operations. * Proven experience in operations and technical knowledge of Manitowoc cranes. * Solid knowledge of maritime safety regulations (NOM, SEMARNAT, API, ISGOTT, MARPOL, among others). **Professional Competencies:** * Leadership and coordination of multidisciplinary teams. * Strong sense of responsibility and adherence to protocols. * Ability to make decisions in critical situations. * Effective communication skills. * Orientation toward continuous improvement and regulatory compliance.
