




Job Summary: Develops, optimizes, and operates CNC programs, designs parts using CAD/CAM software, and ensures quality control and machinery maintenance. Key Responsibilities: 1. CNC programming and program optimization using G and M codes 2. Part design and toolpath generation using CAD/CAM software 3. Quality control and preventive maintenance of machinery * **Programming:** Create, modify, and optimize CNC programs using G and M codes to control machine operations. * **Design:** Use CAD/CAM software to design parts and generate toolpaths. * **Setup and Operation:** Install cutting tools, load material, configure offsets (compensations), and start the machine. * **Quality Control:** Inspect first-run parts and make adjustments (e.g., tool offset, spindle speed) to ensure required dimensions are met. * **Maintenance:** Perform basic preventive maintenance, including cleaning and replacing worn tools. **Required Knowledge:** * Blueprint interpretation * Use of measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers) * Proficiency in CAD/CAM software and machine control * Knowledge of materials and cutting tools Salary: $15,000.00 - $16,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
