Job Summary: We are seeking a Warranty Analyst to manage document validation, analysis of appliance failures, and customer support, with a focus on organization and attention to detail. Key Responsibilities: 1. Analysis and assessment of appliance warranty claims 2. Documentation management, reporting, and logistics tracking 3. Customer service and issue resolution **Warranty Analyst / Physical Replacement Requests** **Base Salary: $12,000 NET** **Work Location:** Tlalnepantla (at SAT offices) **Schedule:** Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Friday, 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM We Offer: * Base salary of $12,000 NET * Job stability * Statutory benefits Main Responsibilities: * Document validation against internal systems * Data analysis and report generation * Assessment of warranty claims for appliances and white goods * Analysis of reported failures and document validation for physical replacements * Tracking of deliveries and pickups with courier companies * Customer support and complaint follow-up * Data entry and information control * Refund management * Verification and validation of banking and personal documents for deposits Requirements: * Prior experience in similar administrative roles (warranties, refunds, document validation) * Preferably incomplete bachelor’s degree * Intermediate Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP) * Excellent analytical ability Competencies: * Problem solving * Teamwork * Follow-up and control * Frustration tolerance * Organization and attention to detail If you meet this profile and seek stability with professional growth, apply now!
