This is your chance! **What do we offer?** **Upon joining** * Initial gross monthly salary: $15,000\.00 (for the first 3 months). * Initial net monthly salary: $13,184\.00, paid biweekly at $6,592\.00 per payment. **After 3 months:** * Gross monthly salary: $17,196\.00 * Net monthly salary: $14,923\.00, paid biweekly at $7,462\.00 per payment. * Grocery vouchers: $750 per month after 3 months. **Additionally:** * Social Security, INFONAVIT, FONACOT. * Year-end bonus, profit sharing, and double savings fund. * Vacation days and additional time off for birthdays, marriage, adoption, or childbirth. * Official non-working days and those designated by the CNBV. **Position Details** * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; Saturdays as needed, from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. * 100% on-site work. **Your Responsibilities:** * Design and develop efficient, fast, and versatile programs according to departmental requirements. * Resolve software incidents raised by the Service Desk promptly and accurately. * Participate in project follow-up and analysis meetings. * Conduct comprehensive testing and document all developments. * Adhere to established programming and design standards set by the team. **What are we looking for in you?** * Bachelor’s degree or Engineering in Computer Science, Informatics, IT, Actuarial Science, Electronics, Mechatronics, Physics, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of programming experience. * Proficiency in VB .NET, C\#, ASP.NET (or similar), PL/SQL, JavaScript, Git (version control), Power BI (preferred), and API development. **This is your opportunity!** At **MásKapital**, we deeply value the effort and dedication of our team.
