### **JUNIOR SUPPORT** **✅ Academic Requirements:** Bachelor's degree or Engineering in: * Computer Systems * Computer Science * Industrial Engineering * Information Technologies * Actuarial Science * Applied Mathematics * Or related field **Main Responsibilities:** * Assist in extracting and analyzing information from databases. * Create SQL queries to obtain data requested by management or directors. * Clean and organize system report information. * Design and update reports or dashboards for tracking indicators. * Document query and analysis procedures for future use. * Gradually learn about production processes and their relationship with generated data. **Technical Requirements:** * Basic knowledge of relational databases and SQL queries (SELECT, JOIN, filters, groupings). * Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, lookup formulas, data cleaning). * Basic knowledge of networks and connectivity diagnostics. **Desirable / Nice-to-Have:** * Knowledge in data visualization (Power BI, Data Studio, or other tools). * Basic programming or data analysis concepts (Python, R, VBA, etc.). * Basic knowledge of textile or manufacturing industrial processes. **We Offer:** * Competitive salary. * Statutory benefits. * Employee transportation. **Location:** Parque Industrial Street, Block J and K, Santa Ana Xalmimilulco, Huejotzingo, Puebla. **How to Apply:** Interested candidates should send an updated CV to: **jefe.reclutamiento@skytex.com.mx**
