Systems Developer / Automation Specialist – ALA LIBRE At ALA LIBRE, we are looking for an analytical, organized, and technology-passionate individual capable of helping us optimize processes, build automations, and develop internal tools for a growing travel agency. What will you do? * Develop and improve internal systems. * Automate operational and administrative processes. * Integrate CRM, Notion, forms, WhatsApp, and digital platforms. * Optimize databases and workflows. * Provide internal technical support to the team. * Develop dashboards, reports, and control tools. * Continuously improve the company’s digital processes. * Participate in technological and innovation projects. What we’re looking for * Knowledge of web development and systems. * Experience with automations. * Programming logic and problem-solving skills. * Process organization and documentation ability. * Teamwork capability and understanding of operational needs. * Proactive mindset and solution-oriented approach. * Interest in innovation, AI, and digital tools. Technologies or tools we value * JavaScript, Python, or similar. * APIs and integrations. * Notion, Make, Zapier, or automation tools. * Databases. * CRM and management tools. * Google Workspace. * AI applied to business.
