They perform their duties **from an office equipped with monitors and satellite tracking systems**, in a **controlled, air-conditioned environment**, where they must maintain **constant vigilance** over each unit. This is a position that demands **concentration, discipline, and firmness of character**. The monitor must **issue clear and precise instructions**, maintain continuous communication with operators via **direct WhatsApp messages**, and ensure that every instruction is carried out immediately.
