Job Summary: We are seeking a Logistics Analyst (Empty Container Analyst) to identify, review, track, and control containers, as well as manage documentation and maintain systems up to date. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage container tracking and logistics documentation 2. Keep container status updated in the system 3. Control and record EIR documentation We are looking for\_ **Logistics Analyst (Empty Container Analyst).**\_ ***Education:*** Bachelor's degree in Administration, Commerce, Customs, Logistics, or related field. **Minimum Experience:** 6 months in similar positions **Responsibilities:** * Identify containers discharged the previous day. * Check EIR availability (advance and same-day) on websites. * Track pending containers requiring completion. * Monitor delays in EIR delivery. * Send emails to confirm container discharge. * Request transportation delivery. * Track delays in document delivery. * Request proof of receipt from transportation and/or customer. * Maintain an updated transportation directory and legal entity names. * Confirm with AA the physical delivery of the EIR by transportation. * Verify that EIR documents shared in the system are correct. * Download EIRs from yard websites. * Request reprints of full and empty EIRs when required. * Control and record received EIRs (physical, digital, or via transportation). * Update the system according to container status. * Record EIR delivery errors. * Notify and record credit balances. ***We Offer:*** * **Statutory Benefits** * **After the third month**: Grocery vouchers and Life Insurance. * **Monthly Salary:** $11,000 net * **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Friday and Saturday, 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
