Position Summary: Supervise the construction of pharmacy branches, ensuring proper execution of electrical and special installations projects. Key Highlights: 1. Lead supervision of medium- and low-voltage projects. 2. Validate detailed engineering and lightning protection and lighting systems. 3. Manage procedures with CFE and supervise quality in HVAC and hydrosanitary systems. FACILITIES SUPERVISOR EMPLOYMENT TYPE: PROJECT-BASED CONTRACT. Objective: Supervise the construction of San Pablo pharmacy branches. REQUIREMENTS: * **Electrical or electromechanical engineer** * **Minimum 5 years’ experience executing HVAC, hydrosanitary, and special installations** Responsibilities: * Supervision of medium- and low-voltage projects. * Review and validation of detailed engineering, site surveys, calculation reports, low- and medium-voltage feeders, * Review and validation of grounding design, drawing preparation, * Review and validation of lightning protection systems, lighting systems, specifications, material lists, and reports in accordance with applicable regulations. * Knowledge of regulations applicable to low- and medium-voltage systems. * Review and validation of load calculations and consumption measurements. * Experience handling contracting procedures and formalities with CFE for medium- and low-voltage systems. * Experience supervising construction quality for HVAC and hydrosanitary systems. * Knowledge of special installations (elevators, structured cabling, etc.… Work Location: Interlomas Salary: $30,000 gross \+ PL
