**Grupo Estrella is seeking a Computer Systems and Support Technician; we have 34 peripheral units at our corporate office** * Intermediate Excel skills * Preventive and corrective maintenance on computing equipment (minimum 1 year) * Hardware and software tasks * Diagnose failures in equipment (PCs, Laptops) * Installation and configuration of multifunction printers * Network experience (cable termination, structured cabling, switch, router, node installation, IP network) * Onsite and remote support * Excellent attitude and customer/user interaction * Field and on-site work * Implement and maintain security measures to protect systems and data, including firewalls, access control, and security policies. **Location: Av del Estado 210, Col Tecnologico, Mty N.L.** **Schedule: Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 6:30pm; Saturday or Sunday on-call shift from 9am to 5pm** Job type: Full-time, Indefinite duration Salary: $14,000.00 - $15,000.00 per month Benefits: * Salary increases * Discounts and preferential pricing * Company phone Work location: On-site employment
