Job Summary: Sanborn Hermanos is seeking a security guard to monitor customers, safeguard high-value merchandise, coordinate apprehensions, and maintain security at the unit. Key Responsibilities: 1. Discreetly monitor the behavior of suspicious customers 2. Control personnel entry and exit and conduct merchandise counts 3. Coordinate with the surveillance operator for the apprehension of fraudulent customers **Sanborn Hermanos, S. A. de C. V. is seeking Monitor, Conduct Counts, and Coordinate in Ladrillera \- Monterrey, Nuevo León** -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- * Discreetly monitor the behavior of suspicious customers * Be respectful and courteous when reporting to customers * Monitor access doors to apprehend fraudulent customers as they exit the unit, especially if carrying merchandise * Control entry and exit of employees, suppliers, and visitors using a logbook * Conduct merchandise counts for high-value items during opening, mid-shift, and closing, recording them in the corresponding logbooks * Participate in surveillance during product displays and secure storage of valuables * Seriously supervise general cashiers during collection and deposit of valuables * Verify during unit opening and closing that display case locks and doors are fully secured * Prepare a shift activity report * Coordinate with the surveillance operator to apprehend any fraudulent customer who has stolen merchandise * Immediately report any irregularities detected to the store manager * If a customer requests information, direct them to the appropriate person without neglecting your assigned area of responsibility **Desired Education Level:** Basic **Desired Experience Level:** Entry Level **Departmental Function:** Commercial / Sales **Industry:** Retail Trade / Retail **Skills:** * Observation and attention * Reaction capability * Decision-making *This job posting originates from the Talenteca.com job board:* *https://www.talenteca.com/anuncio?j\_id\=69de761b5b00003e004c18d9\&source\=indeed*
