




**Job Description** ------------------------- Carry out the sale of construction materials with the objective of achieving the sales targets of the PROMEXMA branch. **Main Responsibilities** --------------------------------- 1. Prospect new customers and recover or improve relationships with existing customers who have stopped purchasing or reduced their purchases for any reason. 2. Advise customers and follow up on credit application procedures, if requested. 3. Coordinate with the Portfolio Manager to process customer credit applications. 4. Receive purchase orders or take material orders. 5. Forward orders to the Cashier/Biller for invoice generation. 6. Monitor portfolio value and manage collections. 7. Control amortization payments for advance invoicing. 8. Receive overdue invoices and report them to collections. Deliver collected payments as well as related documentation to the Portfolio Manager or Biller. 9. Perform bank deposits for collections, if authorized to do so, and deliver original deposit receipts and deposit slips to the Cashier/Biller. 10. Know and promote the complete product portfolio, including margins for each product, to establish sales strategies. 11. Communicate and promote Construrama's value propositions and operations. 12. Monitor competition (prices, promotions, offers, etc.). 13. Adhere to scheduled customer visits according to established routes. **Position Challenges** -------------------- * Meet monthly and annual performance indicators. **Required Skills and Knowledge** ------------------------------------------ * Education: Completed technical high school or incomplete university degree * Age: 23 years and above * Own vehicle (mandatory), fully compliant with regulations for daily operation * Valid driver's license Required Experience: * 1 to 2 years in commercial, promotional, or operational roles Required Knowledge: * Proficiency in Excel and general Office software suite Critical Competencies: * Customer focus * Results orientation * Conflict management / problem solving * Collaboration and coordination * Integrity and trust * Negotiation **Relationships** -------------- Internal: Sales Manager, Store Manager, Portfolio Manager.
