The Position As Business Development, you will take on a strategic and leadership role, comprehensively managing business development projects in the northern region of the country. You will be responsible for translating current and new project needs in the region into a clear vision within Roche Diagnóstica México, acting as a strategic partner contributing commercial perspectives to develop high-value proposals. **About Our Opportunity:** **This position is located in Monterrey**, Mexico. Candidates must reside in this location. Key responsibilities of the role include: * **Project Management:** Lead and manage laboratory business development projects in northern Mexico, including co-creation, implementation, or adaptation of local or regional marketing and sales initiatives for execution at the affiliate level. * **Design and Strategy:** Collaborate with the strategy team to design programs, develop performance metrics, and ensure alignment with local and regional commercial plans and budgets. * **Market Analysis:** Continuously update and improve market analysis to identify new opportunities and projects within the blood bank segment. * **Project Definition:** Define critical project elements such as scope, deliverables, timelines, responsibilities, required resources, and communication and implementation strategies to effectively deploy internal resources and teams, ensuring project acquisition in the shortest possible time. * **Collaboration and Facilitation:** Act as a key connector, intermediary, catalyst, and coach, building and engaging internal teams and resources to support project development and execution of commercial proposals. * **Solution Development:** Develop specific solutions or adapt global/regional solutions as needed, ensuring their relevance and effectiveness in securing projects within your region. * **Strategic Networking:** Cultivate strong internal and external networks to facilitate project execution and knowledge sharing. * **Advisory and Training:** Advise affiliated functions and teams on project implementation, promoting knowledge transfer and best practices. * **Team Management:** Develop, support, and motivate team members to ensure maximum efficiency and performance of the function. * **Results and Efficiency:** The Business Development role is directly responsible for achieving results, both financial and in securing current and new laboratory projects, driving exponential growth and maximizing operational efficiency, using CRM to input and update information related to blood bank projects. **Your Profile:** The Business Development candidate must be highly proactive, with proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and generate significant impact in developing new blood bank business for Roche Diagnóstica México. * Completed university degree in Chemistry, Biology, or related health fields; advanced studies in Health Sciences and/or MBA are a plus * At least 3 years of relevant experience in commercial roles within the diagnostics segment, medical devices for laboratories and hospitals * Experience working with CRM systems * Valid driver's license * Intermediate English language proficiency **Relocation benefits are not available for this position** Who we are A healthier future drives us to innovate.
