Currently, we are looking for new talent for our company. We are seeking Warehouse Assistants. **Generic Objective:** Manage warehouse logistics in the reception and scheduling of deliveries. Supervise personnel under your charge to meet company objectives, as well as know, apply, and enforce Standard Operating Procedures. **Finished Products Warehouse:** Manage warehouse logistics in scheduling deliveries, local and national shipments, and inventories; train collaborators (remittances, guides, inventories, reports, AXYTY application) **Responsibilities:** **1\.\-** Ensure accurate inventory of products and supplies. **2\.**\- Manage shipping logistics to local and foreign customers. **3\.**\- Coordinate collection of production items, as well as delivery of magisterial orders. **4\.**\- Ensure order, cleanliness, proper arrangement of materials, and correct segregation of non-conforming materials. **5\.**\- Properly pack orders and prepare shipping labels (DHL) for domestic and international shipments. **6**.\- Train collaborators on updates to the AXYTY application. **7\.**\- Coordinate rotational activities (daily and weekly) of collaborators. **8\.**\- Ensure that procedures in different areas are followed as established to prevent incidents. Responsibilities are not limited to these.
