We are currently seeking your talent to join us as: **Odoo Semi-Senior to Senior Developer | Python:** **Experience:** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field. - 2 to 4 years of experience: The Odoo Semi-Senior Developer is a professional with intermediate experience in the Odoo ecosystem, capable of independently developing, customizing, and implementing modules, participating in medium-complexity projects, and collaborating with technical and functional teams. Participation in implementation or migration projects. * **Responsibilities:** * Development and customization of Odoo modules. * Implementation of functional requirements. * Maintenance and enhancement of existing modules. * Integration with external systems via REST or SOAP APIs. * Bug fixing and production performance optimization. * Participation in deployments and migrations across Odoo versions. * Technical documentation and support for junior developers. * **Essential Skills:** Intermediate/advanced Python, Odoo module development (models, views, security, inheritance, overrides), PostgreSQL, XML, basic JavaScript, HTML/CSS, REST API consumption, Git and Linux environment management, experience with Odoo.sh and staging/production environments. **Work Modality:** - Remote work from anywhere in Mexico. * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. **We Offer:** * 100% payroll-based employment scheme * Statutory benefits: (12 vacation days in the first year, 15-day Christmas bonus, 25% vacation premium, Social Security) * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements * Courses and/or certifications * Profit-sharing payment (PTU) * Career development plan.
