We value talent and our employees' commitment, offering a dynamic work environment and opportunities for professional growth. **Job Requirements** * Minimum university education, with or without a degree in Accounting, Administration, or a related field. * Prior experience in accounting positions. * Experience using accounting software and/or ERP systems (Contpaq, Aspel, SAI). * Intermediate-to-advanced Excel skills. * Proficiency with the SAT portal. * Ability to work under pressure. **Job Responsibilities** * Daily recording and management of outgoing invoices. * General accounting entries. * Processing payments to suppliers. * Bank reconciliations, as well as income and expense reconciliations. * Fixed asset registration and preparation of depreciation schedules. * Payroll and IMSS registration and review. * Calculation and filing of the 3% tax. * Accounts payable control. * Tax determination and preparation of documents for accounting dispatch. * Financial statements. * Expense reports for partners. * Accounting closing reports. **Additional Benefits and Perks** * Monthly salary ranging from $13,000 to $16,000 (tax-free), based on experience. * Statutory benefits. * Professional training and development opportunities. * Collaborative and motivating work environment. **Location: Valle Oriente Area, Monterrey, Nuevo León.** Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $13,000.00 - $16,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
