Implement Legendary Vacation Club’s service standards, procedures, and brand guidelines across RCD Hotels properties. Generate satisfaction index reports—one identifying areas for improvement and another highlighting best practices at the property. Address and resolve immediately and definitively any complaint from a Member at the property. Ensure the team focuses on achieving total Member satisfaction by anticipating needs and exceeding expectations through high-quality service. **Requirements:** Advanced English. Flexible availability. Excellent attitude. Prior experience in this role.
