Position Summary: We are seeking a Security Supervisor to oversee compliance with regulations, respond to emergencies, and supervise reports at a shopping center. Key Responsibilities: 1. Personnel and security budget management 2. Emergency and anomaly response 3. Daily report supervision and incident follow-up SHOPPING CENTER \- PLAZA PUERTO PARAISO located in Los Cabos (next to the Marina) Currently recruiting for: "Security Supervisor" We offer: * Monthly gross salary range of $16,000 / biweekly payroll payment * Direct contract with the shopping center / not an agency or outsourcing firm * Benefits from day one / full 100% IMSS registration * Rotating shifts: morning shift 6 a.m. to 2 p.m., afternoon shift 2 p.m. to 10 p.m., and night shift 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. Requirements: * Experience: minimum 2 to 4 years in similar security-related activities and positions, verifiable * (personnel management, inventory, budgeting, emergency response) * Valid official documentation (INE, IMSS, CURP, RFC, employment references) * Availability for schedule and commuting; preference given to candidates residing in Los Cabos; transportation is at candidate's own expense. Responsibilities: * Ensure compliance with shopping center regulations and regulatory provisions * Respond to emergencies and report anomalies * Supervise daily updates reports * Follow up on security guards’ incidents * High level of responsibility, organization, and communication skills * Collaborate with monitoring and maintenance departments regarding surveillance system installations Apply through this channel or visit us for an interview with your job application directly at our administrative offices inside the shopping center, Monday to Friday, 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.
