NATIONALLY LEADING COMPANY IN THE GASOLINE SECTOR WITH OVER 30 YEARS IN THE MARKET IS SEEKING AN **OPERATIONAL SUPERVISOR** **Key Responsibilities:** * **Comprehensive Operational Supervision**; Observe and document operational, commercial, image, and service conditions. * **Compliance Management**; Execute the Action Plan derived from Internal Audit evaluations. * **Commercial Management**; Promote fuel and peripheral product sales. * **Personnel Development**; Supervise the performance of station managers and fuel attendants at gas stations, fostering a service-oriented culture. Identify training needs and channel them to HR. * **Weekly Operational Follow-up and Reporting**; Report sales and disruptions; prepare and submit fuel shortage reports and competitor pricing analysis. * **Budget Control**; Review and approve monthly purchase requisitions from gas stations, ensuring operational needs and allocated budget compliance. * **Communication and Follow-up**; Maintain constant communication with Operational Management and support departments to address critical issues at gas stations. * **Human Resources and Training**; Submit weekly payroll pre-lists to HR every Monday; present weekly vacancy and coverage status reports per gas station. Support onboarding of new employees. **Basic Experience and Requirements:** * Comprehensive operation of business units. * Applicable regulations and standards (CNE, ASEA, PROFECO, STPS). * Digital tools for management and data analysis. * Multi-site supervision (various locations and business units). * Leadership and effective communication. * Problem-solving and conflict management. * 3\-5 years of experience in a similar position. * Standard vehicle operation. * RESIDENCE IN LOS CABOS, B.C.S.
