Aviglass S.A. de C.V. is a company specializing in Glass and Aluminum Carpentry seeking an Architect for SALES/PROJECTS **REQUIREMENTS:** * Education: Higher education – Bachelor's degree: Civil Engineer\-Architect, Civil Engineer * Experience in construction works and finishes. * Knowledge of sales * Professional appearance, positive attitude, and willingness * Strong verbal communication skills * Flexible availability * Valid driver's license **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Preparation and follow-up of technical and commercial quotations. * Customer service, follow-up, and portfolio development. * Technical visits/client meetings for site surveys and consultation. * Coordination with internal departments to ensure proper project execution. * Preparation of progress, sales, and project status reports. * Management and follow-up of accounts receivable. * Support in identifying new business opportunities. * Administrative, commercial, and operational fieldwork. **KNOWLEDGE:** * Proficiency in AutoCAD for interpretation and support in project development. * Advanced reading and interpretation of architectural, structural, and finishing drawings. * Knowledge of construction processes and finishing systems. * Proficiency in Excel (tables, reporting, cost control, and tracking). * Sales and customer service. **WE OFFER:** * Monthly gross salary * Commission-based compensation scheme * Continuous training * Working hours from Monday to Friday Salary: $14,000\.00 \- $16,000\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
