We seek a Project Architect capable of developing, structuring, and realizing diverse projects across Mexico and internationally. The candidate will be responsible for transforming conceptual guidelines into solid, coherent, and technically feasible executive projects, ensuring consistent quality standards throughout all development phases. We are looking for someone based in Los Cabos to work in a hybrid arrangement. Responsibilities: * Generate and develop conceptual and schematic architectural content on time and as scheduled, either independently or with support from the junior team. * Ensure project quality and coherence across all process phases. * Supervise, correct, and elevate junior team output. * Analyze and integrate engineering drawings using sound technical and construction criteria. * Propose and implement adjustments and improvements. * Provide direct creative support to management, leading internal deliverables. * Inspire and strengthen the design team, promoting their technical and creative growth. * Resolve technical issues and ensure accurate updating of construction drawings. Profile: * 5+ years of experience in comprehensive project development. * Reside in San José del Cabo / available to relocate to SJD. * 1–2 years of on-site construction experience. * Proven experience in medium- and high-end residential architecture. * Strong architectural judgment and aesthetic sensitivity. * Technical leadership capability. * Knowledge of construction processes and building systems. * Organized, autonomous, and committed to high quality standards. * Advanced English proficiency.
