




**Job Description:** At **ZLG Equipment Rental Mexico**, we are looking for a proactive, organized **Administrative Assistant** with excellent communication skills to support general administrative tasks, document handling, phone reception, and team support. **Location:** Marin, N.L. **Schedule:** 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM **Responsibilities:** * Receive and manage phone calls, emails, and visitors. * Organize and file physical and digital documents. * Manage calendars, coordinate meetings and internal events. * Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation. * Follow up on administrative tasks and minor purchases. * Assist with billing and payment processing, as applicable. **Requirements:** * Technical or university studies in Administration or related fields. * Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in similar roles. * Proficiency in office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email). * Strong writing, spelling, and communication skills. * Ability to work in an organized, independent manner and under pressure. **Valued Skills:** * Knowledge of administrative management software (ERP, CRM, etc.) (Desirable) **We Offer:** * Professional and collaborative work environment. * Opportunities for development and learning. * All statutory benefits. * Flexible hours. * Weekly payments.
