**Description**: The incumbent must ensure material flow in the process by timely reporting, maintain appropriate records, perform tracking functions as needed, and prepare activity reports on reporting, progress, special projects, etc. This position responds to numerous inquiries regarding production order status, transactions, record adjustments, material location, etc.
**Responsibilities:**
* Provide production line order status and tracking for material shortage adjustments
* Timely reporting of FOS and welding orders in SAP (MISC, Subassemblies, and OH Boxes)
* Excel-based update of the reporting file for production plan tracking and compliance
* Tracking, review, and adjustment of 914’s (Discrepancy)
* Return of production orders as applicable and return process for ZPRW orders (Rework)
* Timely reporting using Hand Held devices & printing of orders for production check\-lists
* Manual material loading as part of the TECO process
* Monthly self-audits
* Continuous improvement ideas
**Required Education:**
* Minimum education: Technical degree or completed high school
* Currently enrolled university degree program nearing completion may be considered
**Required Skills:**
* Proficiency in PC and/or mobile device usage
* SAP system knowledge preferred
* Ability to read blueprints, work instructions, and drawings
* Strong communication skills with diverse workgroups, service orientation, accountability, and integrity
* Availability to work weekends
