We invite you to join us as a Graphic Designer & Webflow Developer with essential Webflow experience, under a hybrid or remote arrangement. **About Your Role:** You will be responsible for designing and maintaining internal visual products and web developments that reflect the company’s and brands’ identity, enabling the creation of functional, attractive websites aligned with current hospitality industry trends. **Why Join Us?** With us, you’ll enjoy: * The opportunity to develop innovative and disruptive websites, integrations, and graphic web services. * Integration with multicultural teams, along with operational and creative freedom. * Insight into a continuously growing and diversifying market. **What Can We Offer You?** We foster a flexible culture grounded in strong accountability, with our primary goal being to attract top-tier talent within an exceptional work environment. * **Compensation:** MXN 28,000–32,000 per month (net) \+ 100% statutory benefits paid directly and nominally, plus performance bonuses * **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. * **Work Location:** Remote **What Are We Looking For?** * Minimum 5 years of experience as a **Webflow Graphic Designer, Webflow CMS Developer**, Graphic Designer, Web Designer, or Webflow Web Developer. * 1–2 years of experience with luxury brands (jewelry, fashion, automobiles, etc.), hospitality, or premium market segments (Chanel, Gucci, Rolex, etc.). * Over 5 years of experience in logo design, brand identity development, and brand guidelines; creation of graphic materials for digital platforms—including corporate stationery, banners, advertisements, and digital content (typography, fonts, Pantone, imagery, etc.). * Experience gathering requirements from diverse stakeholders, including functional and technical specifications and user stories. * 5 years of UX/UI design experience using tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, and Sketch. Pixel\-Perfect: Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility. * 4–5 years of front-end development experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery for extended capabilities. * 2–3 years of experience managing Webflow CMS architecture (collections, fields), Webflow Interactions 2\.0 (scroll, hover, states), and Client First (FinSweet) methodology.
