Job Summary: We are seeking a Field Technician for preventive and corrective hardware and software maintenance in the entertainment sector, performing installation and support activities. Key Points: 1. Preventive and corrective hardware and software maintenance. 2. 100% field work with gasoline allowance. 3. Paid training and provided tools. LEADING ENTERTAINMENT SECTOR COMPANY IS SEEKING: "Field Technician – Corrective & Preventive Maintenance" Solid knowledge of hardware and software, computer assembly, maintenance (preventive and corrective), networks (LAN, WAN, switches, routers, etc.), servers, and peripherals. Basic electronics knowledge. Gender: Unrestricted 100% field work. Mandatory: **Own vehicle** (gasoline allowance and parking fees will be provided); do not apply if this requirement is not met. Education: Engineering, Bachelor’s, or Technical degree in Computing, Systems, Informatics, or related fields. Responsibilities: Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on machines in the gaming floor according to the work plan. Install, relocate, and move machines on the gaming floor as per activity schedules and layout updates. Respond to and document first-level incidents occurring on the gaming floor. Escalate and forward second-level incidents to the Contact Center department. Provide on-site support to departments requiring remote connection to configure machines. Respond to requests from departments needing data configuration or machine information on the gaming floor.
