We are looking for a **technically oriented UX/UI Designer**, capable of converting manual processes into automated digital solutions within the Google Workspace ecosystem. **Job Objective:** A UX/UI Designer with strong technical capabilities to conceptualize and implement digital solutions in web environments and Google Workspace ecosystems. The ideal candidate not only designs aesthetically pleasing interfaces but also understands how to connect user experience with Google Apps Script (GAS) automation logic to optimize internal or customer-facing workflows. **Key Responsibilities:** * Design user flows and high-fidelity interactive prototypes focused on optimizing operational processes, ensuring each interaction delivers value. * Build modern, responsive, and consistent visual components, guaranteeing an intuitive experience across desktop and mobile web applications. * Implement customized interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript that integrate natively with the Google ecosystem (Sheets, Forms, Drive) via Google Apps Script. * Transform manual processes and complex database structures into automated digital tools, eliminating bottlenecks and simplifying usage for end users. * Design and maintain specialized modules for inventory control and task-tracking dashboards, enabling precise measurement of individual and collective productivity. * Conceptualize and optimize service ticketing systems, ensuring seamless, traceable, and efficient inter-departmental communication. * Develop data cleaning and normalization scripts in Google Sheets to ensure data integrity and readiness for analysis in Looker Studio. * Conduct usability testing and metric analysis to validate that AppScript-based solutions genuinely reduce execution time and improve technology adoption among employees. **Profile:** **Education:** Technical Superior University Degree (TSU), Engineering, Bachelor’s degree in Design, Systems, IT, or related field. **Experience:** Minimum 1 year in a similar role. **Technical Skills:** * Figma * Material Design * Scalable design systems * Google Apps Script * HTML5, CSS3 (Flexbox / Grid) * JavaScript (ES6\+) * Google Workspace integrations and automation **Desired Competencies:** * Logical thinking and problem-solving * Effective communication * Proactivity and continuous learning * Organization and teamwork * Internal customer orientation **We Offer:** * **Monthly salary:** $14,400 * **Performance bonuses (KPIs)** * **Statutory benefits** * **Stable contract** with potential transition to permanent employment * **Professional growth** and development in project management **Schedule and Location:** * Monday to Friday, 9:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. * Work mode: **100% on-site** * Area: **Valle Oriente, Monterrey** Advance your career in projects and technology with us! **Apply today and join a growing organization.** Employment type: Full-time Salary: $14,400\.00 per month Benefits: * Salary increases * Option for indefinite-term contract Education: * Completed Bachelor’s degree (Preferred) Experience: * Technical support: 1 year (Mandatory) Workplace: On-site employment
