




Position Summary: We are seeking an Electronic or Mechatronic Engineer with experience in process safety management and risk analysis within the industrial sector, for on-site support and follow-up. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in Process Safety Management. 2. Proficiency in process risk analysis and mechanical integrity. 3. Knowledge of HAZOP, What If, Bowtie, and LOPA methodologies. REQUIREMENTS: Education: Bachelor's degree in Electronic or Mechatronic Engineering (certified) Experience: More than 5 years applying Process Safety Management methodology in industry Advanced English * Knowledge of: Process risk analysis and mechanical integrity methodologies, Machine Safety (ISO 12100\) * General knowledge in Risk Studies and Qualitative and Quantitative Risk Analysis * Process Safety, risk analysis, event analysis, Root Cause Analysis * Knowledge of process risk analysis methodologies such as HAZOP, What If, Bowtie, LOPA, etc. * Knowledge of HDS, critical equipment for process safety * Maintenance Plans * Investigation of process safety-relevant incidents * Development of documents for Critical Operating Procedures (COPs) * Editing of Plant Floor Documentation (PFD) for COPs * Review of Recommendations (creation, adjustment, comments) * Knowledge of processes, correctly interpreting Data Sheets, Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs), and Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs), and all necessary engineering documentation for accurate scope interpretation of studies. * Knowledge of standards and risk quantification criteria for industrial facilities related to machinery, ergonomics, electrical safety, and proper implementation and review of procedures. * Knowledge of programs/software used for conducting process risk analysis, machinery analysis, and consequence analysis. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: On-site support for ARP development (meetings, activity follow-up, verification of protection barrier status, technical information gathering, management system handling, consequence analysis, reporting). Follow-up on ARP recommendation implementation (verification of effective compliance, SIASSO system management, PEA and investment management). Implementation of the Mechanical Integrity strategy. Follow-up on process safety incidents and their related action plans.
