Join our team as a **IMMEX Specialist.** **Job Requirements:** * College degree in customs, international trade, or related areas. * Proficient English (written and spoken) * 5\+ years of experience in customs, import/export operations, and IMMEX declaration. * ERP systems usage (preferably SAP). * ZOE and/or SEER Trafico proficient usage. * Proficient in Excel usage for database and stock control. * Full domain of the General Rules of Foreign Trade (RGCE) * Proficient usage of the logic of the combination of IMMEX, PROSEC, and R8 * High urgency sense. **Job Responsibilities:** * Responsible for the daily compliance management of the company's IMMEX project, ensuring the project remains valid and effective. * Responsible for the preparation, review, and submission of the IMMEX Annual Report. * Monitoring and managing the compliant use and timely transfer/export of temporarily imported materials. * Cooperating with and responding to audits, inspections, and rectification requirements from SAT/Economía/Customs. * Maintaining and verifying Anexo 24 / Anexo 31 (inventory and tax control balance). * Managing the company's PROSEC authorization, ensuring its use within the authorized industry and scope. * Maintaining a list of applicable raw material HS Codes for PROSEC. * Reviewing the compliance of the PROSEC tax rate application in customs declarations. * Identifying and preventing risks such as exceeding the scope of use and HS Code mismatches. * Responsible for the application, renewal, and daily use monitoring of Regla 8 authorization. * Ensuring R8 use complies with authorization conditions, avoiding overspending or non\-compliant use. * Coordinating import and export declarations with the customs agent/broker. * Reviewing key fields of pedimento (IN, V1, A1, F4, etc.). **Benefits and Additional Perks:** * Law benefits. * Biweekly pay. * Savings fund. * Food vouchers. * Transportation routes. * Medical Expenses Insurance. * Punctually bonuses.
