As an ambassador to Cover Desk Mexico, you will serve on our executive leadership team as a Team Lead, and required to be based out of Monterrey, N.L. Cover Desk Mexico is looking for an extraordinary, talented Bilingual Team Lead who is interested in using their leadership skills to help grow our business in Monterrey. You will work directly with our Director of Operations who is in the US. You will serve in a leadership role to manage the entire Monterrey workforce whom all work from home.
You will be empowered with two to four weeks of training by a Cover Desk Trainer to ensure that you understand our business before transitioning to the Director of Operations.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:**
* **Team Supervision \& Performance:**
* Lead and manage a team of Virtual Assistants handling insurance inquiries, policy servicing, and renewals for personal and/or commercial lines.
* Monitor KPIs such as accuracy, turnaround time, and customer satisfaction for specific clients.
* Manages day\-to\-day workforce monitoring for each Virtual Assistant.
* **Quality Assurance \& Compliance:**
* Ensure adherence to underwriting guidelines, state regulations, and client\-specific requirements are met.
* Conduct audits and implement corrective actions when necessary.
* **Coaching \& Development:**
* Provide regular feedback and training on insurance products, processes, and compliance standards.
* Mentor team members to improve technical knowledge and soft skills.
* Ensure all employees are following internal company policies including WFH requirements.
* **Escalation Management:**
* Create client relationships for each employees agency.
* Act as the point of contact for client concerns and resolve issues promptly.
* **Reporting \& Analysis:**
* Prepare daily/weekly reports on productivity, accuracy, and SLA compliance.
* Identify trends and recommend process improvements.
* Cross functional working with Director of Operations, Recruitment, IT, and Workforce.
* Responsible for tracking employee PTO requirements and Holiday Schedules.
