You'll be amazed at what we can accomplish together! **Area-specific information:** Update the Value Stream Mapping (VSM) for business units to accurately identify non-value-adding activities, update cycle times and material/information flow, and establish a comprehensive continuous improvement plan to increase operational efficiency, reduce waste, and ensure alignment with the organization’s current standards. **Responsibilities:** * Support video recording and time analysis on production lines. * Support mapping operations for each business unit. * Design standards for visual factory implementation on-site. **The student will develop competencies in:** * Time and motion studies. * Material Information Flow Chart. * Training on Visual Management standards. **Requirements:** * Availability for one year as an active student (enrolled in university until June\-July 2027\). * Availability to work 7 morning hours Monday through Friday, preferably from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM. * Student pursuing: Industrial Engineering, Graphic Design, or Industrial and Systems Engineering. * Valid Mexican Federal Taxpayer Registry (RFC). * English proficiency: Basic\-Intermediate (speaking, writing, listening). * Positive attitude and strong eagerness to learn. **We Offer:** * Monthly stipend. * Professional development. * Meal and transportation allowance. **What We Expect From You:** **Integrity:** Do what you say you will do—and do it correctly. **Diversity and Inclusion:** Valuing and incorporating our differences into decision-making is our competitive advantage. **Concern for Others:** Demonstrate awareness and consideration for people's well-being. **Excellence:** Always deliver results that exceed expectations. **Teamwork:** Collaborate across teams, departments, segments, and borders to achieve the best possible outcome.
