Position Objective: Satisfy personal communication needs by attending to the public regarding their information requests and meetings with staff. Execute and control mail reception to support administrative activities. Each day, you will face new and interesting challenges within this role, for which you will be responsible: * Facilitate executive contact by providing appropriate extensions and email addresses as required. * Contact executives and users in their respective departments. * Update the database to ensure the most current information is available and to facilitate work for other colleagues. * Support functions such as reception and general services in various activities or tasks inherent to the area. **Requirements:** * Professional education: Administration, Engineering, or Architecture. * Years of experience: Not required. * Aptitude for: Customer service, reception, and administration. * Required knowledge: Basic Microsoft Office suite. * Languages: English (optional). * Willingness to travel: Not required. * Willingness to relocate: Not required.
