Personnel management and experience in food production lines. ### **Responsibilities:** * Meet the production schedule for the assigned area according to established food safety, quality, productivity, and personnel safety standards. * Supervise operational staff under your responsibility. * Ensure that your team has appropriate safety equipment and work tools. * Perform daily production closures in accordance with established guidelines. * Monitor meat yield percentage / surplus percentage against target. Experience in food production lines and personnel management (2 years)
