We are currently seeking talent for the position of: **In-Person Tutor** **Requirements:** * Completed bachelor's degree (preferably in **engineering, mathematics, or exact sciences**). * Teaching, tutoring, or academic mentoring experience is desirable. * Strong communication skills and ability to interact effectively with young and adult students. * Service-oriented mindset, with focus on student follow-up and guidance. **Main Responsibilities:** * Welcome new students to the liaison center. * Provide academic counseling (in-person and virtual). * Support students from their orientation course throughout their academic journey. * Conduct continuous follow-up with students (new, active, and academically at-risk). * Review academic content and propose improvements. * Assist with administrative processes such as billing and enrollment closure. * Review grades, extraordinary exams, and academic progress. **We Offer:** * Monthly salary of **$11,000 before taxes** * Statutory benefits * Biweekly food vouchers * Savings fund and savings account * **Bonus** for onboarding, retention, and recovery. * Educational scholarships for employees **Work Location:** * **Apodaca Center** – José María Morelos y Pavón 201, Municipal Headquarters. **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday: 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. * Saturdays: 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. *If you are interested in developing your career in education and joining a team committed to learning, we are looking for you!* Salary: $11,000\.00 \- $15,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Savings account * Discounts and preferential pricing * Food vouchers Work Location: On-site employment
