




Position Summary: We are seeking a Systems Technician to ensure the proper operation of IT systems and provide assistance to internal users, with a focus on technical support and infrastructure maintenance. Continuous infrastructure improvement We are looking for a **Systems Technician** with skills in technical support, equipment and technological infrastructure maintenance. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring the proper operation of IT systems and providing assistance to internal users. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, plus Saturday on-call duty **Responsibilities:** * Contribute to improving customer support by responding to reports promptly and accurately. * Track infrastructure projects. * Ensure proper operation of data and voice networks. * Maintain vertical network connections. * Ensure orderly arrangement of network cabinets. * Ensure control over communication sites. * Drive continuous improvement in infrastructure-related matters. * Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly infrastructure reports. * Ensure network equipment firmware is up to date. * Perform preventive maintenance on infrastructure equipment. **Requirements:** * Technical degree in Systems, Computer Science, or related fields (completed engineering degree preferred) * Minimum 3 years of experience. * Knowledge of networking, equipment maintenance, Windows, and Office. * Strong communication and teamwork skills. * Immediate availability. **Technical Knowledge:** * LAN and WAN networks. * Network protocols and security. * Network segmentation. * Switch configuration. * Wi-Fi network configuration and monitoring. * Access controls. * Internet service monitoring. * Structured cabling. * Dedicated links. * VPN configuration. * IP, analog, and digital telephony. * Inventory management. * Windows server and CCTV system administration. **Skills:** * Analytical and problem-solving ability. * Service-oriented attitude. * Sense of urgency. * Technical problem resolution both on-site and remotely. **We Offer:** * Monthly salary of $17,100 \+ monthly bonus of $1,900 * Statutory and above-statutory benefits. * Medical services, gym, entertainment room, massage room, etc. * Transportation service. * Grocery vouchers. * Savings fund. * Subsidized cafeteria.
