Maximizing service profitability If you are the Pricing Assistant we are looking for: – You are a dynamic, highly motivated, successful individual with excellent supplier development and negotiation skills. – You have an interest in building a career in International Trade and Logistics – You are a professional, dedicated, enthusiastic individual who is passionate about negotiation and teamwork. - You must have an interest in the English language with intermediate/advanced proficiency KNOWLEDGE: - Specialized expertise in the logistics chain, including Air, Ocean, Intermodal, Land, and Intercoms services - Effective communication with suppliers and knowledge of the logistics market - Essential office software package (Intermediate-to-advanced Excel and Outlook proficiency) - Strong analytical, negotiation, and teamwork capabilities JOB RESPONSIBILITIES - Supplier prospecting, development, maintenance, and evaluation - Continuous and permanent updating of supplier directories and files - Ongoing negotiation of rates and commercial terms with local, national, and international suppliers - Responding to and delivering quotations to the sales department and international agents - Negotiation and support in shipment closing and vehicle placement - Development of strategies to maximize service profitability JOB RESPONSIBILITIES - Compliance with processes and KPIs - Preparation of reports - Continuous improvement within the department. -Requirements- Minimum education: Higher education – Bachelor's degree 3 years of experience Languages: English Age: between 20 and 35 years Knowledge: Negotiation, English, Logistics, International Business, Suppliers Keywords: assistant, assistant, assistant, aux, auxiliary, assistant, helper, aide
