Job location: **MONTERREY** **COVERAGE IN MONTERREY AND SURROUNDING AREAS** **Job objective:** Supervise, coordinate, and execute corrective and preventive maintenance activities in facilities, ensuring compliance with technical, operational, and service standards—both for physical infrastructure (hard) and systems and services (soft). This position requires autonomy in decision-making, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to resolve issues immediately. Technical requirements **Hard maintenance (physical infrastructure):** * Coordination of cleaning services for external store signage. * Electrical, plumbing, sanitary, and HVAC installations. * Coordination of masonry, painting, waterproofing, and finishing work. * Sourcing and negotiation with subcontractors aligned with our rate schedules. * Reading and interpretation of architectural and installation blueprints. **Soft maintenance (services and operations):** * Quality control in internal customer service and user experience. * Coordination of security patrols, logbooks, and adherence to operational protocols. * Incident management, reporting, and follow-up with administrative departments. Required competencies * Operational leadership and team coordination capability. * Planning and execution of maintenance schedules. * Effective communication with internal departments and vendors. * Proficiency in digital tools for reporting and tracking (Excel, mobile apps, maintenance platforms). * Autonomy and independent judgment to resolve incidents and propose improvements without direct supervision. * Ability to prioritize tasks and independently manage resources while maintaining institutional standards. * Excellence in customer service, focused on rapid and effective resolution of needs.
